But then again, The stories and information posted here are artistic works of fiction and falsehood. Only a fool would take anything posted here as fact.

 Military is only a means to an end, but yea, I have passion in my views, if that makes me a "useful idiot" in your eyes, then so be it. I'm not going into the American Military to fight for my country or for US interests. I am using it for combat training and practical knowledge. 


I guess in some sense I'm a zealot sure. Sure, I romanticise it, but I don't see myself as going to be some big badass or savior of mankind. I don't think I'm delusional in the sense that I think I'm superior or invincible. I just have my goals in life, and it's going to be rough, it's going to be painful, but it's what I view as must be done.

 The only work of fiction I ever did on this site was a few months ago when I acted confused about the questions and the whole alan watts bullshit. (and the current br stuff but shhhh) I am being literal when I say that my intentions are to enter the military, and I do have a political agenda and hatred for pedophiles. 


If being zealous is a delusion, then I am delusional. 

I'd say yes, I romanticize the concept of being a soldier, defending my values and a nation that I would love. 


I can see how that makes me delusional.


I know that entering the military has the possibility of breaking me, I don't entirely think it will in the sense of my whole goal shattered, but it will mentally and physically wear me down, and I will adapt. 


There's a part of me that likes to imagine myself as a unidentified, faceless soldier that is just a walking epitome of a set of ideas and values. Do I expect this to be the case no? That's only a small part of me, and that's just one thought in others. 


In regards to that, I love gasmasks, and I idealize fictional soldiers like the Death Korps of Krieg from the Warhammer 40k universe. 


All my dream ideal careers are involved in one or another with military. Whether it be a soldier itself, military intelligence, military police, etc. 

An example of intelligence aka secret police is someone I look up to, Felix Dzerzhinsky, head of the Cheka.
