He doesn't even agree with their ideas, but he needs training for his "future goals" that involves selling out for some time first. 

He's also in a hurry to get away from his family, doesn't see much point in life that isn't supporting some sort of political shift, has some group of likeminded people that feed his zeal, and he otherwise has expressed a quickness to say he did things because he wanted to instead of admitting to emotional low points being enough to affect his judgement. 

There's so much more than this already on the forum. 

Don't reveal too much about yourself, don't show emotion, and don't get close to anybody. Then maybe if you are lucky this thread will stay rather empty.
