Triggering SJWs is pretty 2016. This isn't daring anymore.
Main complaint I see people saying is that it's dated, and I kind of agree
I see people calling it offensive as well though. The leftist critics gave it a low rotten tomatoes rating but the audience rating is 99%
And even if it is dated, I don't care. Comedy does not need "progress" to stay funny. Sometimes things are best kept the same. Change is not always good.
You don't get tired of the same old jokes over and over again? It doesn't get redundant?
Are you like one of those people who could watch Gallagher smash a Watermelon hundreds of times? Do you not care for quality or taste as long as it's preaching to the same camp you happen to already be a member of?
Dave chapel thinks mj never molested thoes kids, in his mind (including the even if he did part) was based on a fictional event. So he says a lot of things that in his context to I'm are fine. To him everything he said is no different than if he was joking about a cartoon character in a fictional story was a pedophile as well. However, to people who feel the whole mj pedophile accusations are real, or could be, everything seems like a cruel mock of a tragic event, like making fun of someone in a wheel chair but worse. And seemingly excusing mj for his crimes. His jokes were in their eyes distasteful for mocking the suffering of others. But in his eyes, they were not because he was mocking a fictional event.

You can't say you think something is fiction but if it somehow turns out to be true it doesn't matter because the guy that molested you is famous. That doesn't take away the reality that hes still saying molestation is fine if done by someone with celebrity status.
This thread got weird.
It is a Bo topic.
I don't care what y'all think, I STILL find this humor funny. I do not want comedy to change because I do not like change.
But this isn't even about purely it's age, as if it were you'd have a much more fleshed out comedy portfolio.
I think you just like people that say the same things you think. You ought to try George Carlin.
