The flu shot is adjusted slightly each year to include the 3 strains that are more virulent that year. It isnt possible to add another strain to the vaccine. Your body can handle 3 but 4 or kore induced immune reactions overload the system and jts more likely someone will have an adverse reaction instead of producing antibodies

People who say they are tough or strong enough to not get the shot ate so fucking retarded they piss me off. Its not about trying to flex not being a bitch when you get sick, its that you are allowing yourself to be a possibly host to a pathogen that could be potentially fatal down the line.
The more times the virus reproduces, the more chances it has to mutate something that makes us unable to treat it. Getting vaccine is a way to prevent the spread of a potentially fatal disease. It has worked with smallpox and previously measles. Measles are starting to show a comeback with the rise of antivax propaganda.
Getting flu shots is like an evolution boost for the species, helping us stop something that could kill us.
