Questioning licensed professionals is actually a major concern as it promotes harmful ideas generating a lack of coordination and respect amongst people and destabilizes the entire framework of the education system with nothing to overhaul the replacement as. This is actually a very harmful perspective. That being said, in the storms of civilization, the "differentiated" person seeks an inward center that does not rise and fall with public opinion.

Reality is a consensus. The bandwagon (ad populum) fallacy does not ultimately even exist. Legitimately proving it as fallacious would be like disproving reality. In a debate, for instance, the person/team winning the debate must win over the audience or the panel of judges which is recursively ad populum.
This is why western democracy which seems to be a focal point for testing the grounds of compatibility of ideas in an open air of "freedom," is just permanent mass neuronal connection points tug of war over the collectivity CNS that polarizes the ballot emotions enough to simulate real disagreements for a sense of opposition and control among participants.
