Neither. It was a criticism of your reply. You avoided the argument and replaced it with unrelated claims about popularity, groups, and your supposed policy. Asking whether it was a request or command is another deflection.

Nothing is inherently wrong with refusing an argument. The issue is that you keep replying while avoiding the substance, then acting as though you answered it. You are free to disengage, but deflection is not a rebuttal.
I answered everything. You just never liked the responses. Plus the reward for outsmarting you isn't all that difficult and not that much of a prize.
Saying you answered everything does not make it true. You changed the subject to popularity, imagined groups, and your “policy” instead of addressing the distinction I raised.
