 Israel isn't the west. From my perspective Israel was granted to become a country under the condition that the U.S. can utilize it to exert force over the region for oil interests. Somewhere along the way Israel got hold of 200 pounds of enriched uranium and nuclear secrets because the mossad had information regarding the Soviet Union and it all went to shit from there now our greatest ally has our cities in their samson option list. We're forced under their thumb and forgot the reason why Jews were expelled over 300 (total) times from other countries they shouldn't have been entrusted.  Palestine was one of the most progressive Arab nations. Americans shoot each other all the time, including hate crimes thar have become more accepted here.  A very simple rebuttal to this would be that non-democratic nations who refuse to uphold free speech are imposing on the wellbeing of citizens. Is it better to speak against government involvement and be arrested for it or not? Yes everything is fucked and nobody knows what kind of clusterfuckhole we've created but at least you can speak out against the absurdity. And yes, I completely agree, we should annex Israel.

I don't think its our call to judge how other countries govern themselves. As for freedom of speech, anyone who was an actual threat to the powers that be were executed, On top of a bloody history of Red Scare where we slaughtered union organizers in the late 1800s and early 1900s, we bombed coal miners in Virigina a lot of which were veterans.  Gary Webb is one example of a journalist being assassinated for uncovering the CIA's drug trade. I wasn't saying to annex Israel, I was saying to seize all the land and assets from banksters like Black Rock and bring land reform to America so that everyone has a stake in the land and can actually live dignified lives and build families, as well as to create a central bank to actually plan and invest in infrastructure and industrial projects, this idea that our state (the government) serves our best interests is a lie.
