I went and bought all the ingredients and then roasted the beets and peeled them, then I put all the ingredients together after prepping everything :)

this is one version.
My recipe calls for-
onion flakes, cucumber, radish, roasted cold beets, beet juice from can, beet pulp which I make from the very soft beets from can, sourkraut, radishes, dill, salt, pepper, kefir, sour cream, veggie stock, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, hardboiled egg
I make the greatest borscht of all the borscht, I will take some to Thanksgiving tomorrow and everyone will love to try because it is the best of all borscht
