I did store his image. He's some scrawny white boy, which for people like him, are the most hated demographic, though I imagine he doesn't talk about race all that much cause he's most likely conditioned to hate his own.

Noticed this too. One time I was posting with LiYang and Dragoon came in and basically started snuggling up to LiYang going on about how their buddies. I think that awkward behavior is also linked to the attention seeking behavior mentioned earlier.
Today Dragoon and LiYang don't really get along, as Dragoon thought LiYang was his friend while LiYang seems to be at peace with it. Personally I think he would've brought LiYang shame.

In the past month we've witness Dragoon demonstrating homosexual ideology toward LiYang and Buttered Toast. Maybe flirted with TC. We all know Dragoon likes to be the cock sucker and be dominated like a twink, yet, he doesn't know what they actually look like therefore lacks the true ability to be sexually attracted to any of those, * slowly turns head toward you* men.

This one would be tricky to do when someone makes themselves unpopular among a community. On a spiritual note.
The one who helps Dragoon carry his burden will be the one to make him a better person. Yes he'll still be a dick but with much improvement as long as you're around to entertain him. He'll always try to seek your approval in sick ways, even if seeking your approval is him having to display good behavior. He does know better, everyone does.
Helping Dragoon does come at a price, you'll have to trade in your success rate in exchange for a happier and more grounded Goon. You cannot expose him to your place of work, nor will you be able to maintain any romantic relationships or start a family if he's a part of the arrangement, lest those things will go to ruin.
A great sacrifice of quality of life is required to maintain Dragoon so he'll be less erratic, improving his interactions with those around him and ultimately making the world a better place. A doctor in a mental facility won't do, as their attention is divided.
It's been said that self sacrifice is appreciated by God and scores really high points in terms of eternal life. If you're trying to impress God by assisting the damned, beware of bonding with them the wrong way, for example do not sleep with them or make it romantic, as that will change the dynamic of the relationship in ways that will turn the donor into one who needs donation as well.
