Not much has changed but I do a lot less coding these days. My employer still adores me though and I am due for a promotion very soon :)

After living in the city I no longer believe in helping the poor. I think they are drug addicts and lazy.
That's certainly a change in perspective. Most people as they grow up becomes more conservative and less idealistic. What have you replaced your prior charitable vision with?

I still very much would like to go to Mars and perhaps build and program robots to mine asteroids.

I'm OK, not bad, not great. I've achieved a lot of things, but weirdly enough I feel very meh about most of it. Ego and material rewards are empty and short lived. We live for the dreams and for some notion of a higher meaning.
I can relate with you more these days than I could in the past. Same with Spatial. I used to think you were both idiots.
