I'm most certainly not jealous, to set the record straight.
I believe SC has died becasue it stopped being dynamic. When I was in charge I was always making changes to the forum and putting in effort to find new members. Now that I am gone, this place is stale with zero change.
I am intentionally ignoring this place to spite Turncoat. He worked against me when I made him a mod because he was desperate to keep the little power he had. I enjoy knowing that he will once again be alone with no power. TC betrayed me after I built him up so I am happy to contribute nothing to help and watch SC go stale. Someday Good will stop paying the bill for this place, and that will be the end of it. Good riddance.

Just curious how you grew up, if all those things about helping people and the disadvantaged, charity, changing the world, fixing poverty, being a good Christian, was something you ended up sticking by.
Its interesting to see how people grow up. I would imagine that a kid would be a bit traumatized by this place, hence why I always recommended people to leave. But maybe that's not you.

I am doing well! I have a MBA now in IT Management, and I still work for the government. I have been working with the same gov agency for 7 years now. I am kinda high rank in my department now and mostly just manage and teach others. Once I hit 10 years of public service I will get my 90k of student loans dismissed then I think I might travel the world
Still not married! I have kind of embraced NEET life, and I run a group of 60 people in Eve Online. I am currently saving up to buy some land also so that I can focus on my project of living a more sustainable and simple life outside the city.
So not much has changed but I do a lot less coding these days. My employer still adores me though and I am due for a promotion very soon :)
After living in the city I no longer believe in helping the poor. I think they are drug addicts and lazy. I also have become much more racist and I hate blacks now :P I still very much would like to go to Mars and perhaps build and program robots to mine asteroids. That is going to be phase two of my life lol. I am also more christian than ever and try my best to study the bible and Human history.
