I am with TC on this. I do think most of the pedo talk comes from people stirring and trying to assassinate character. It is hard to prove for sure unless someone like Jim comes out and just acts it out openly on the forum.

In regard to rules I think any new rules should come with a pre agreed on period of activity. After that time the rules are taken away and there should be a discussion on them and a vote about keeping them.
