this is what I do- I release all of these energies and all of my energies in general to unconditionally loving creator God to be transmuted to healthy energies that allow myself to be more connected with all that is and with God (but make sure that you have actually established a connection to God within you before relying on this) I do not even need to learn "soul retrieval" because this method is better and this is why I do not need spiritual protectionand I use "to unconditionally loving creator God to transmute" in the present tense not "to unconditionally loving creator God to be transmuted" in my prayers because present tense is importantI also like to do a full body peaceful pure unconditionally loving healing white light transmuting body scan where I start from below my feet and bring this healing light (I imagine this like a peaceful pure unconditionally loving white light filled beautiful garden) all the way up my body and to over the top of my head in like an oval shape like filling my aura but with more focus on my body and anything that I feel that is not in alignment with unconditional love such as tension and blockages and low vibrational emotional energies I release it all to God to be transmuted this one is amazingly transformative for myself personally
and I would rather teach people these methods than soul retrieval because these are more efficient and quicker (and who likes to be in prolonged suffering and torment ? there might be some people but not most and definitely not myself)
and this is how as an empath I can stay healthy enough to be able to be connected with other people's illnesses without it keeping me sick
I gave my soul to God and I am now God's personal transmuter on this planet
