Fraud would be great
What if I would only legalize some of my choice, rather than the entire category?
Could you give an example?
I'd go for Counterfeiting, but mostly over it's impact on the art world.
Wasn’t sure weather to go with rape or murder because I’ve never killed anybody so unsure what the feeling would really be like. Also could potentially be risking my own death by choosing murder so the only other good option was rape because it doesn’t actually matter whether or not drugs are illegal to me. Also had to consider GTA because I assume if it was legalized one of my former roommates would get out of prison.
Can you guys explain to me why you would choose any option other than rape or murder? Doesn’t make much sense to me unless you’re hoping to get friends out of prison when the people convicted of those crimes get let off. Can’t think of any other reasons at all.

Sure.
Counterfeiting I do not agree with over printing fake money, but there are artists out there that are only good at duplication and lawsuits to prevent counterfeit media hurts the field overall in the name of financial gain for the original artist. Even as local as your nearby anime convention shows why copycats can be a good thing, similar to that of a Cover Band making it big.
The art world already recognizes that "Art is Theft", being instructed to steal from the greats as we make our own work over how "Everything has been done" and "Nothing is original anymore", yet the artists who are the best at copying get in trouble? We even have AI becoming proficient at copying and appropriating others' art and people are throwing their hands in the air about artists being replaced, while if we didn't have this idea of originality as authenticity this would be a non-issue with more art proliferating the public sphere.
To get around the counterfeiting issue, I think it makes sense to have some of the money someone makes go to the original, sort of like a patent but with the original artist getting a cut rather than shutting down the entire thing. Even with trips I've made to MoMa there were occasionally exhibits that did not allow phone photography, with a bouncer at the doors to catch people doing it, people are missing the point of art as they try to throw their names on it, and it's made Art go from being for the Everyman to only Elites, making it about money rather than expression.
As of now, over the absurdity of saying that art could only belong to a single person if within a range of similarity without being deemed homage or parody, the Certificate of Authenticity ends up being the thing actually worth real cash rather than the art itself. Other artists in the past have outright celebrated copycats and counterfeiters, or would even make duplicates themselves for the purpose of obscuring which is an original.
The art forgery world is a very sophisticated place, and I think they need the room to shine through reformatting our practices in the art world over it.

That’s the last time I bother to spend minutes reading absolutely nothing.
