I can't tell. Not even from the youtube videos. He seems so retarded it has to be a troll. But then I don't know. I have to conclude that he's either one of the smartest or the absolute dumbest person here. Nothing in-between. I think he's trolling though?

I imagine if I ever wanted to pretend to be retarded, just for the fun of it, I would act like Chapo when I do it. I think he's just low-key trolling, very consistently, same as Inquirer. This is legit the first time I've ever considered he might be for real.

That is highly unlikely.

I am quite certain that Inquirer is Swedish, and Chapo is not. He's faked some things, but not his nationality. Chapo has met Turncoat and several people here. Nearly every one of them can confirm that Chapo is American. He also has been posting youtube videos of himself quite consistently, which serves as further evidence.

The two only share that one charateristic, which is that they are both quite consistent in their character, and both their characters feel 'fake'.

I don't think anyone has seen Inquirer. He only ever posted that one photo of his neighbor's child or something holding a sign for SC. His voice certainly doesn't match the picture, nor do some of the descriptions of him by other members. But I do think there is sufficient evidence of him being Swedish, including his active online times, non-native standard of English, and his ability to speak Swedish (I've chatted with him in Swedish so even I can personally confirm that).

If I had to list all of Inquirer's sockpuppets that match his characteristics, I'd say the following:
