There's around 10% chance that the person is a non-native speaker, writes like Inquirer, hasn't spent a lot of time chatting with Inquirer, uses similar vocabulary, etc. But it's a sliding scale. SensitiveSoul, for example, is basically guaranteed to be Inquirer.
The public's perception of Inquirer has changed over the years. I think people are more likely now to see some of Inquirer's flaws, especially after that debate where much of his true nature was exposed.
