After many conversations people end up more than their gender, believe it or not. Their interests end up the same, the lives otherwise led, the differences are trivialized to the point that I end up moreso questioning what the big deal is in that format. 

 True but these are people who have been hurt by women. Imagine if a man was friends for women for years and lied about being a woman in a group he knew was hurt by men. 

Years later, I'd assume as said man in the situation that they must have pain of their own they're saddled with to bother to go to such lengths, and through said hurt it'd be room to empathize with other people in pain instead of lash at them for it. 

Maybe but as someone who has to deal with women too I get it. I had a girlfriend cheat on me in a threesome behind my back. 

That's more of a human problem than a gender one, people are shit. 

This is more about how you internalize gender responses to you than the gender itself. While we could go at length about which one is more oppressed (it's women), it's hard to deny both sides have their own fair share of it. 

Ask yourself why you felt the need to act like the other gender for people's approval, and you'll see that the gender construct overall is fairly oppressive on everyone.

 I'm wrong for lying. And they are not trying to be assholes they are scared. They already have trust issues with women and the second they found out I'm one they also found out I lied. That helps nothing. Women on the other hand have treated me like shit for absolutely no justifiable reason since forever.
