Youre being a jerk. Would you like me to present your original post.

You said something about a mediocre job candidate looking to you for a letter of reference adn he disappears sometimes and is "meh"

?????? This happened, when exactly? I don't remember posting anything about any "meh" and stuff. Maybe you got the wrong post or are thinking about something I've said in the past?

Mostly I don't. When I do, I consider them the victims of the faulty system they were born into. Wealthier countries can try to help, but as long as their own government is setting them up for failure there isn't much permanent chance that any outside influence can do.

Do you think installing a new government in Africa would help?

Which starving Africans in particular?

The ones we talk about at dinner table when that annoying kid refuses to eat his vegetables?

Jeez. They were actually eating people in Sierra Leone.

Seriously? Do you think it was a good idea?

Apparently, the Congolese are fairly affluent.

I had some neighbours about 15 years ago who were quite chubby  :)

Do you think they were really African?

The Tanzanians are poor enough that some would kill children for the money they get for selling their body parts
Damn. I wonder if they're still happy. It might be exciting to live on the edge. Dunno. At least you don't have time to be depressed when your dad is trying to steal your kidney and sell it to the organ traders.

Do people in the west have children with a plan mostly? Do you think children are a luxury that only western people should enjoy?

Is this a shit test or do you actually have anything other than more questions ?

That shit happens in the west too, but not at such scale. When it does happen in the west, it's often because the parents are reckless with money, granted they even get bonuses and handouts for having children in the first place. It's easier to eat in the west.

Yeah but do you think only rich people should have children?

What do you think about taking the starving children from Africa and giving them to western and asian families and then sending them back after they grow up and graduate from MIT/Harvard/etc? Do you think it would fix the problem?

LOL damn it Legga, Education can't fix that, it has yet to.

While exporting them to the west and giving them to a family would take the edge off, that isn't happening, and if it did, they sure as hell won't be going back after years of free food and education.

What if we forced them to, though. Like, we told them they can go to Harvard but then we'll ship them back to Africa on the day of their graduation and only allow them to leave after they fix poverty or turn 60 years old?

When the world turns into Mad Max, it's not a good time to knock up your girl and bring children into your hellhole. It's still going to happen though. They won't even pull out before ejaculating because of lust, ( then we see why lust is a deadly sin.)

If you were forced to live in Africa would you wish that your parents had aborted you?

lol reductio much?

This is a troll.

Albino Tanzanian kids are miserable and so are their friends and families.

If I ever win that lottery prize I'll sponsor (employ) 2 or 3 families and maybe adopt a few if their families /orphanages aren't too afraid to let them come to Canada.

Ukrainian families are also at the top of my lottery list.

I would sponsor 5 or more of them if I win the lottery, and if it's allowed.

I don't know if you are directing this at me or what part you found reductionist.

Hey, I support your sponsorship plans. When I was around 20 I gave away all my wealth to charity. I wonder if that helped at all. It was like some thousands of euros back then when I was a broke student. But I feel dumb for doing that. I should've researched the different charity organisations before committing to anything. I gave the money to UNICEF; however, I've since learned about how many of these organisations are drowning in money but do very little.

Yeah.

That's why I want to bring them to Canada and show them how to navigate the system myself.

I'll be the one to employ them.

I won't just be blindly handing money to an organization that may be a scam.

Yeah, I don't really trust most of the charity organisations these days. You know how those people on the streets from Unicef come to you and ask for donations and basically guilt trip you to give some money away? They do it because they get x % of your donation. They're not volunteers, they're paid employees, professional beggars.

I'm also thinking of shipping starving children from Africa to work for me so they can learn life skills. If all of us did this, then I think it would be helpful to africa in the sense that they would learn critical skills and then when we ship them back they can help propagate all those life skills across Africa until everyone knows how to fend for themselves and be self-sufficient. On a global scale, I'm sure that this will be beneficial for us, as we reap the rewards of the added collective intelligence of the human race which will eventually aid us in becoming an interstellar race and we can finally direct racism and hatred towards aliens instead of homo sapiens, as we live together harmoniously on mother Earth.
