Most of these are just momentary jolts where your body's secondary systems could be doing most of the work for you. How you handled jumping out of a car onto your arm for instance could be rationalized as shock, which is different from normal pain tolerance. 

The pepper spray one though is different, how did that end up going?

 Cop pepper spray. Would not recommend, mostly likely not willing to ever go through that again. Would probably rather have that happen to me than that stab wound though, even if being pepper sprayed in the eye is temporarily probably more painful.

I have been pepper sprayed. 

My Uncle is a hunter and my cousin and I got into his stuff, she dared me to let her spray me with his bear spray...it was a mistake.
