so I fast for every 23 hours and break the fast for one hour an evening
You know I didn’t mean the word. 🙄
So, what kind of time period for alternation are you going to do? What are your criteria for going on or off the diet period?
…I already know you mentioned going for two days in a row, and trying for a week. That’s hardly intermittent if there’s no alternation. Do you see where I’m going with this?
I suppose the difference is in seeing it as daily versus over a different cycle.
oh, Ideally I would stay on it every day forever and sometimes do two day fasts or maybe week long fasts without even the one hour mealtime
Fasting might be good, but could cause weight cycles up and down.
Have you tried limiting your carbs? The weight just falls off without even trying.
kimchi chicken is excellent
but I think that I love carbs too much lol and Jesus's favorite food was bread............

not on a super regular basis but I am sure that I've done it plenty of times before yeah, have you ever calorie counted ? it adds up so fast especially if you order from fast food or restaurants a lot like I was doing

Yeah, with certain foods it's easy to hit 2000 (like Subway's Tuna Subs yeesh), but if you're eating 2k and then fasting at a fairly regular rate you will definitely damage your metabolism.
