How long are your fasting periods, and... you know cramming a bunch of food at one point of the day before not eating for a long stretch of time will kill the metabolism right?
That's how it can go into 'Feast or Famine' behaviors.

No this is a legit intermittant fasting method look into it, it helps you to start burning fat instead of carbohydrates and I already told you 23 hours but I have only done it two days in a row so far the next goal is for an entire week

Lol it only seems disturbing to you because 1) you have probably never tried doing it for spiritual reasons and 2) you have no faith
doing it for trying to have your body look a certain way is where people get in trouble and it becomes a disease
