Admin sucks 2/10, it looks like a website relic from the mid 90s

There's not even any people on there too, and her subsections have a tendency to disappear whenever she feels like it.

She deleted one of the boards i made and a bunch of others

She's deleted tons of them, I think this is her third or fourth startup.

yeah BZ cost 100 dollars a month to keep online. Sometimes I give up on it and take it offline, but then later I have a change of heart and decide to keep trying lol

By comparison this place has remained up fairly consistently.

This place is a lot simpler I think. It does not try to be an infinite number of boards like BZ does. This place does not operate in real time besides the chat. It's just a lot less server intensive.

It has a base of people who consistently use it and it's rarely down, while yours is usually empty yet consistently has what little is there taken away. Neither of these two things have to do with having sections.

Honestly your Subreddit has the appearance of better traffic.

I don't understand why you need apache. Isn't apache a http web server? Node.js replaces apache... right?

I mean that's a problem, if people are using your forum but it's not super frequent and you give up and delete their boards, i wouldn't want to be using your stuff either. To have to put up with your whims and wondering when my board will be deleted because you've given up for the week isn't exactly user friendly.

the cost is related to the simplicy is what I am saying

but yes the lack of existing users on bz is why I sometimes give up on it I think that part is obvious

She dropped this nifty little detail for us when it was towards the end of her reign, the blog laughed at her over it:

it is hard for me to believe this is a good faith arguement. any boards I deleted I am pretty sure had not received a new post in several months

Yeah maybe I need to look at my EC2 costs. I think this is also without a couple other servers such as the search engine running. Maybe it would be 120-200 then.
