The biggest one yet: on a company trip, a female worker was told to come with a butt plug by her male supervisor. On that same trip, pictures of her vagina were passed around. After this trip, she killed herself.

sounds like something that would happen in some middle school

Not to victim blame.... but why'd she do it? Hypothetically speaking, if I had a supervisor, and my supervisor told me to come to work with a butt plug... I'd tell him to fuck off and make a complaint to HR.

There's only one example there. Usually when there is a lack of concrete examples.... it's BS.

IMHO I think cube crawls, getting drunk, and sexually harrassimg women can be fun, as long as it's done in moderation.

It is not that simple.

You should put yourself in their shoes.

Also, there are several pages of examples in the lawsuit, but I picked those that seemed most crazy.

Once a person is in that situation, they feel desperate, hopeless, and broken. They feel humiliated and afraid to do anything. Most people anyway.
It is not that a random male supervisor told a random female employee, she has clearly been groomed. It probably started small, but instilled terror, intimidation, and fear into her, which made her submissive. Once you get control over someone like that, it becomes hard for them to break away, because of the fear. They feel like their life is over: if they stay in the current situation; or if it becomes public because of the humiliation and they are probably afraid of consequences from their abuser.

You could say she is weak, but that's how most people are, I wouldn't say we can ignore them all.

And for a lot of people working at Blizzard is actually a dream job, which makes it even worse when it becomes a nightmare.

Cheery bye!

Which shoes are those..? It's hard for me to imagine being a woman who is sexually harrassed all the time. If I was a woman, I'd be a smart, charismatic, and strong woman. I'd... deal with the situation.

I'd be OK with mild sexual harrassment.

I stand corrected then...

I know. Frankly.. I do that all the time. I'm not into the business of sexual harrassment. Women gather around me like flies around crap anyway. No need for..... whatever it is that those Blizzard fatties are doing. This is just a byproduct of dreams fed to the masses for the use of manipulation and propaganda. Once someone has invested their hopes and dreams... it becomes a weapon for the unscrupulous.

One could build a society of female warriors, like amazonians.... Men would fear them. Sexual harrassment solved. You don't harrass the amazonians.

Not sure what to say here.. I'm sorry for the women there. I think they should be less... vulnerable. Adapt or perish.. But perhaps the lawsuit is them adapting. Blizzard sure is getting bad PR.

For someone that goes on and on and on about how smart they are in almost every post possible, you sure are fucking retarded.

BT covered some of the other stuff, but here is more!

https://www.esports.com/en/activision-blizzard-accused-of-shredding-evidence-of-abuse-265348

Blizzard destroyed evidence because it is cheaper to pay the fine than have the evidence used against them.

This kinda proves they are at fault, even if it can't be proven as easily legally with some of the evidence destroyed.

Here is a reddit post with people working at Blizzard and their stories/responses:

Speaking as someone who tried to build just that in Crusader Kings 3 to great success, how would you propose we do that?

They did complain to hr, be didn't care, they would have lost their job, they could have kids at home who would suffer if they were fired

I was being sexually harassed by my boss with only small inuendos and implications but that slowly started escalating until he said he would spank me and I'd like it, and I felt so uncomfortable that I said I was sick and went home early and never came back.
