Next update, tho it's technically old news.

Bobby Kotick, the CEO, was aware of the sexual harassment going on in the company. But didn't even try to do anything, because he was part of it.

He also failed to inform the company's board of directors of "everything he knew" about some incidents.

WSJ is better but paid: https://www.wsj.com/articles/activision-videogames-bobby-kotick-sexual-misconduct-allegations-11637075680

Here is the WSJ copy-pasted in Reddit:

He also told an assistant that he will have her killed, in a fit of rage perhaps, but still:

^He settled the death threat out of court and apologized, 16 years ago this was, so perhaps not as important now, but it does create a character.
He also covered up for a male employee's sexual harassment and didn't fire him.
He did fire them on several other occasions tho, but it shows he knew there is a problem.

Female co-leader was being paid less than the male co-leader, even after asking for a raise, even the male co-leader asked for her raise, even after contacting the legal team. When she filed for resignation, that's when they gave her an equal pay option, but it was too late.
But it's possible this is normal tbh. They were leading different sections and she was new in the company.

He was also in Epstein's black book:Posted Image

OMFG @ the black book thing

also ghislaine maxwell has been found guilty, and it's super funny to me cos i could see through her antics and i know she expected to be able to manipulate her way outta this one. i wonder where she's gonna be housed :D
