As long as you're exercising and keeping fit and not gorging on cheap and trash like food or not doing things that harm others, why shouldn't you live as you like?

Just re-noticed this with the room it has to be it's own prompt. Why should they have to keep up their fitness and eating habits if they don't otherwise have Health as a priority? While I am otherwise of the mind that it'd ideal to stay in shape, I've both seen others get away with not doing much for their form and as I've been slacking more on that lately it hasn't otherwise been as bad.

From the opposite angle, there's also a lot of cases where someone "Living as they Like" means they overindulge or practice self-harming mindsets. If they think this is 'living as they like' while they're clearly not enjoying it in spite of their claims, should they keep on the path their going on, the maladaptive cycles that at many points can appear as if they'd never end much to their own disappointments and suffering?

As an example: Masturbation. It feels good, isn't trash food and does no harm to others unless you're of the idea that wanking is baby-killing, but if you do it too often you're basically harming your ability to focus and function as well. Should the pleasure principle be the sole focus here, or should there be other priorities like how you've labeled food and exercise as an importance outside of 'living as you like'?

Why do you feel the need to write out paragraphs

Because I have these thoughts? There's a lot to unpack in what people are otherwise potentially subtexting.

Eat junk food if you want i guess, fuck your form or whatever it's not like it's fucking hard to work out holy shit everything everything so much with you.

I'm just saying that already you're imposing a standard they might not need in their lives to 'live as they'd like', and that once you've begun doing that that it's a slippery slope towards a lot of other impositions.

'Where's the line?'.

 'Where's the line?'

Shut up you fucking nerd. All i said was if you're going to eat shit foods that are shitty for your body maybe do some stuff to counter it or burn it off, it's not that deep.  Everyone should be doing some form of physical activity even if it's just stretching to limber up so you don't get hurt doing some simple shit like lifting a box incorrectly this dude going on about slippery slopes lmao

LMAO! i don't even think he realizes the transparent way he picks at people when they do something he doesnt like, or don't fall for his amateur manipulation.

But what if they don't like exercise?

Exercise releases endorphins dopamine stims serotonin- in short

You will learn to like it.

Not everyone gets runners high, I know I don't.

You will learn to like it.

How long does that typically take? I seriously don't see it happening for me.

I used to make myself exercise every single day including weekends, and rather than it ever starting to feel better or easier it just produced lactic acid and made it increasingly harder to breathe and cramps inevitably formed. When I'm in better shape I can handle more of that over a longer period of time but it's never ever felt good really, not even when I was riding my bike all the time, going to the gym to run treadmill, training martial arts etc.

The rewards were always over increased stats pretty much, it never reached the point I've seen others get to where they seem like they're addicted to juicing up. Even when I tried moderating it more and keeping my sugars up it never hit a pleasure point.

being the person you wanna be viewed as. FOR EXAMPLE: i sometimes eat cheap shit, like processed meat etc and I think even when Im paying in the supermarket ohhh pls let no one i know or find cute be behind me in the cue so that they dont see that i eat that trash etc. i wonder what would happen to me if i would live like or be the person i would wanna be viewed as. would i be more stressed? would i be more happy?

thoughts?

I think if I genuinely made any effort towards working out at 6am, reading Neichze and eating salads, I'd probably end up killing myself within the week.

Much happier being below average.

It's not the same, it's just achy and distracting in ways that make me less mobile.

I've straight seen people half-looking like they're getting off to exercise it's weird.
