Love the Serenity “prayer” Turncoat, it’s one of my favorites :) it’s called prayer but it’s not religious

I put it there for irony.

So in other words you don’t actually subscribe

Do I look like a card carrying Christian to you, or someone who prays?

If anything I have a lengthy rhetoric about the evils of god within his alien nature, and the goodness of Lucifer through how he's more human than any of us.

My avatar right now is even Lilith, the first woman before Eve who did it way better.

She said it's not that kind of prayer.  She means like a mantra, a life philosophy.

I don't subscribe to mantras either.

Sorry I thought it was nondenominational tbh

Then why did you try to emphasize how it's "not religious" when it clearly is?

 Is it?

Yes, but everyone's unique, so seeing how everyone's different basically serves this purpose.

He needs to feel edgy and unique all the time.

No, as edgy isn't unique.

Can you afford everything that you enjoy?

Can anyone?

You're lucky to have SSIs. You don't deserve it, though. You definitely could work, instead of spending all day writing forum posts.

"failing" finally you admit something. It's about time you snapped out of your narc ego.

I admit to a lot of flaws, but they're shrouded in 14000 posts.

If you really care to see my flaws, all you'd need to do is a little spelunking on the forum.

You had a digital art degree. Get a real degree lol.

I also have a Psych degree, but that could also be seen as "less real" over it being a "Speculative Science".

Digital Arts right now is otherwise all the rage, hence why it's now such an oversaturated field. Just because you can't keep up with the times to the point of missing the art renaissance we've entered through digital culture doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

No it isn't all the rage. You'd probably do better in digital art with a computer science degree than a digital art degree. A computer science degree would also be a lot more flexible, as it can get you a variety of tech related jobs.

The people that tell you that you could get a good job from graduating from a LIBERAL ARTS degree are lying. STEM is the way to go. The notion that all college degrees are equal is politically correct bullshit.

Technically they could get a job teaching political arts, and it'd look good on a resume as supplementary material if they were to work on a magazine or something.

It's like how a Pop Culture degree looks pointless, but there are people who find work within it.

It's not completely pointless, but not nearly as good as STEM. And not worth the 4 years.

I've offered to add you on discord. That's how you can know me better. Meanwhile you're being a little shit.

You could just talk about it here instead, what are you afraid of others seeing?

Because I have a sense of privacy, unlike your need to goad about everything here.

You're lucky to have SSIs.

Very lucky yes, it was a positive development towards the bigger picture.

Better to leech off the government than be homeless or a social charity case.

You don't deserve it, though.

Ignoring the birthright my disorders grant me in modern society, I was otherwise made to 'earn' it through multiple therapy sessions and tests.

I often read of people waiting a long time before they're granted SSI, assuming they even get it, while my case I guess was bad enough to have the guy who flagged me through actively assist me on his own time to make sure the paperwork got where it needed to be faster.

If you mean I don't deserve to be mentally ill, that's nice of you I guess?

You definitely could work, instead of spending all day writing forum posts.

I'm glad you see me as that capable.

Computer Science only goes into the programming side of it just how Graphic Design only goes into the marketing efficiency of art. It's about as much the same thing as comparing Van Gogh to Pop Art; They serve two different purposes despite both being image-based media.

Digital Arts is huge right now, and I'm sorry you're so ignorant of it as you're otherwise missing out on something historic. You should try browsing Youtube sometime, catch up to the modern world.

It's not completely pointless, but not nearly as good as STEM. And not worth the 4 years.

Does the ranking really matter?

If you're going with which is the most likely to get you work, why not say I should be a Nurse or go to a Career Center?

Because I have a sense of privacy, unlike your need to goad about everything here.

So you're a coward then?

Does this make your saying I don't talk about my flaws before insulting people... projection

I mean it's literally a religious quote, one that when uttered conjures to mind Christianity as a secondary thought.

"With great power comes great responsibility" is a similar phenomenon.

Those have both become common sayings, though.  Neither is restricted to a religious context anymore.

Your degree vs my degree:

https://www.payscale.com/research/US/Degree=Bachelor_of_Arts_(BA)%2C_Digital_Arts/Salary

https://www.payscale.com/research/US/Degree=Bachelor_of_Science_(BS_%2F_BSc)%2C_Computer_Science_(CS)/Salary

And you're a failure, even for someone with a bad degree. Maybe college wasn't worth it because you'd be on SSIs anyway.

How often do you see someone who can't reference the source material?

It's second-hand religious.
