Azumarill can’t get up to 1500 cp unless you are like level 35 or something.

Pokemon Go's PVP is garbage anyway, but at least it can be used to transfer pokemon to the more recent games where the battle system isn't trash.

Particularly hard is I am looking for Great League level Pokemon because Chapo has only astronomical pokemon, or the ones he wishes to part with, not joking

Lol Pokémon go has an outstanding pvp.
