No, dude, there's a clear distinction, a clear one. Historians are not the same thing, they actually know how to do more than quote their own race's history while flexing awkwardly.
An easy hint for telling them apart: Look at how diverse their material is and look at how often they make comparisons instead of baseless rankings. Historians talk like Time Lords, Supremacists speak with Pride and are more prone to becoming defensive.
