I've seen what's been peddled as successes (and plenty of reasons to show how it was peddling), but I blame him as much for his successes (and failures beyond what comes out of his mouth) in government as I do the Trump University debacle: A matter of delegation.
If I can sit here and excuse him for what he himself didn't fuck up first-hand, then shouldn't it be the same logic for cases where delegation happened to go right? His successes and his failings are largely not on him beyond signing off on something he didn't fully understand, making it a lottery with con men adding weight to the outcomes.
