Their mindset is skewed, so it depends on a case by case basis.
Med is particularly not likely to see through it.
She has no shame and is unhinged. She don't give a fuck about anything really. Just the embodiment of wanting to get chapo. She vents about it exclusively, and revolves her life around it.
Reputation, comfort, money, shame, morals. None of that mean anything. Just Andrew.
What are her buttons? How do you get med to do anything? Chapo needs to be somehow involved. In the past, chapo also told her to fuck off, and she didn't. Because of that, the result of this thread was to be expected.
If you wanna help her, figure out a way to get her go through a process that gets her to stop obsessing over Chapo willingly. How do you do that? By convincing her the actions of the process will get her chapo.

I still question:
a) How much of this problem centers around her issues with her father.
b) If the only thing that's capable of getting through to her has to be on the level of electric shocks or other forms of near-abuse.
Something jarring and painful enough has to be noticed once it passes a certain threshold of strength and sheer reinforcement, right?
