If med pursed this legally you'd be totally fucked, and if the bank launches an internal investigation (which I doubt) you are definitely fucked. Relevance can be argued, but Med's no saint. Take everything she's tried to do, and imagine if she was actually succeeding from not being a meathead, and you'll see her true character.
It's easy to look at this and be like "Bad things happen to bad people" with a karmic shrug. She shouldn't be pitied for being crazy, she should be judged for her intentions.
