Nah I'm as authentic as it gets, you are just too blind to understand anything I speak about

Apparently a retired member of a Wiccan church who had a teacher and devoted years to studying, reading around 30 books on the subject, who's study of the craft/religion shaped her program choices in post-secondary education, would beg to differ.

when you do a ritual for example, and you feel intense energy around you that youve never felt before and is definitely coming from something outside of yourself.......this is one way to know that what you are doing is working. also visible tangible results afterwards, that you can keep track in a journal if you want or locked away in your memories. I'm not saying you always feel powerful energies but I am very emotionally sensitive and it is one of the ways I happen to be most psychic. clairsentient

how many times do I have to tell you that every Witch is different? Wiccaans can be strict or super relax and chill in their practice, there are all sorts of variations

Wicca is a religion, btw. you can be a practicing witch without being Wiccaan, or a satanist. I am new to Wicca and just starting to learn about the practices and rituals, its not a religion I was taught about in school

I'd need an example of your understanding of a proper ritual.

, and you feel intense energy around you that youve never felt before and is definitely coming from something outside of yourself.......this is one way to know that what you are doing is working.

There's other explanations for it though, reasonable ones even. How do you rule those out?

We're both literally disordered shut ins, we can't be taking ourselves as reliable narrators, not on our own. There needs to be more than our own account behind it, and at the very least some research on it's history can give it an air of legitimacy that goes beyond us.

also visible tangible results afterwards

Like what?

, that you can keep track in a journal if you want or locked away in your memories.

...it's not really visible if it's locked in your head...

There's still a foundation that connects them all that you're missing out on by not looking it up.

Wicca is a religion, btw.

I know, this is why I'm saying that you ought to look into it more before you start claiming you are one.

It'd be like calling yourself a Christian with no idea about Jesus.

you can be a practicing witch without being Wiccaan, or a satanist.

Can you now?

Like what, through learning alchemy?

I am new to Wicca and just starting to learn about the practices and rituals, its not a religion I was taught about in school

What have you found so far?

At that point, why not make up your own title?

when you call yourself a christian, that is basically dedicating yourself to the path and learning about it for the time being

because I'm learning about Wicca currently and using their traditional rituals, which i will then fuck around with in the future and make my own
