Build your thoughts upon your own decisions and experience. Regard all outside input as data to sort, process and test. Information is information. What you hold allegiance to, there you will find conflict. So, don't. Any time you feel sure of something, don't be. It will sound strange from a paranoid, but... Uncertainty is the most assured thing. Put your mind in superposition of thought. As much paradox you can hold onto, do.

Propaganda, takes many forms..some is subtle, and other ...not so much...something to maintain awareness of , the Truth and the deflection to deception...
i.e. References and supporting evidence'...in a court of law...it is rarely ever about the" Truth'..and all that setting you free...as it may damn you depending on the constructs.
However, the burden of 'proof; rests in the 'evidence'...how the evidence came into existence, is in another chapter in the book of existence.

FYI, my gender IS female..as are my genitals.
And yet to me you come across as very male, which goes to show that many gender incongruences has to do with socialization. I am not convinced that transgender is not a mental illness.
