SC was blessed to inherit it's members, so we never had that problem. Not like a forum just starting out would have.

As for how it is that Nabble started as a forum of nothing, and turned into a community? I wasn't there to witness it. Anyone know the story of Nabble SC?

You can always read back on the history, but you can't oversee the blog- It all started with the blog, people gained interest in what M.E. was posting, and her website, for whatever reason, had a forum attached to it. Which is quite different than most blogs, but her blog was unique enough to merit a community around the general topic. Early content posted was from members who were also posting on M.E.'s blog, people began to form a community based off of comments in the blog, and it spilled into the forum. Some curious individuals stumbled into what soon started to grow into what we know today. Members that have been around longer than myself, are almost relics at this point, as some of the earlier members who I used to know, no longer come to the forum, for whatever reasons.
Then one day our lord and savior Luna came along, and gave us this gem of a place to all hangout, and be weirdos. Thanks Luna
