Getting over grudges

MissCommunication stated: source post

What does it take to move past bad words from someone?

You have to first recognize how forgiving them is more beneficial to you than it is for them. People who hold onto grudges haul around this baggage, where as those who let go are happier, and generally more magnetic.

Also, forgiveness doesn't mean you have to wait for an apology, nor will it mean you'll have to trust them.

Finally, don't take people's bullshit too seriously. What they've done to you is the same thing they'll do to others, cause that's how they are. When you're already on top of that, pettiness won't even phase you.

Getting over grudges

i would probably get over it even without an apology. it just fades away with time(relitavely short time too), no matter what it is

but i will pretend that i am not over it, in the name of principle.

if i believe the apology, i will stop pretending too.

the pretense is only for show, i don't have motivation to actually go out of my way to indulge a fake grudge.
