Xena stated: source post

I was just talking to somebody about my book, and I could only come up with 3 people from here who I would even allow to read it.

Yeah... you do strike me as someone who'd be vulnerable to criticism when it comes to something you've created.

it was like "Buttered_iPad" or something.

I thought that phrase might have some google potential:

Which then reminded me of the connection between you making Ed, Edd, & Eddy references and how much your username is featured in the show as Ed's favorite food

And soon after this was found:

So both you and Piles are 90s Cartoon Network reference embeds, now all that's left to question is if you're our Ed's favorite food, or if you are greasily what Ed has always fantasized being.

To answer the OP so as to keep dani from any upset retort: ...it's a toss up between Turncoat and Xena.  I know that answer will baffle most people.  Don't take offense.  It's relatively easier to trust a pair of opposites.  You figure it out.

Nah it makes sense. Whatever answer you're looking for you expect will be found somewhere between the two of ours. That seems more like deduction through finding the median or mean than trust however.

Trusting in opposed forces has some qualities that make it manageable.  It certainly can have a way of finding the source of a leak.  (However, one could be framing the other, but that might be workable, too.)  Since they are opposed, there may be some rivalry for being the better confidante than the other.  If betrayed, you have an ally in the opposed individual.  Stuff like that.

I know that this discussion was brought up and similarly funneled into about "a trust in human behavior" previously in another thread.  And it is, to some extent.  Considering my own paranoia and other features, it can help assuage some of it through using what I feel are untrustworthy factors and bring them into interaction to help cancel or balance.  There's an inherent distrust between them already, which may inhibit various factors.  Anyway, blah blah blah.  If the two opposed were to rally in their secrets against me, well, then I feel good about bringing two people closer together.  Win-win, right?

And about Ed Edd and Eddie, it was the origin of this alias from ancient times.  It's made of fairly common terms, coupled with a large base of media/fan material in pop culture, which can be a fair smokescreen to less persistent types, etc.  I've never been anybody else here, even if this name/persona has been exclusively used for this place.

(Ed was also fond of gravy, but I liked/preferred the buttered toast.  I love gravy, though.  However, the pic for my avi solidified my choice.  Simple as that.)

That still doesn't sound like trust.

I also don't see why either of us would have a reason to shift your scales.

I'd somehow see that messing with your head, when it'd come to Xena and I pairing up against you at least.

Gravy also isn't quite as charming:

He also likes Chickens, but we already have at least two main bird accounts that flock to this website.

Oh well.

That's fine.  You don't have to see why.

How would it mess with my head?  I think there's an incorrect evaluation behind this assessment you're making here.

All of those were contenders in some vein, but buttered toast was just ...destined.

i thought you were talking about my other post. what's the point in even saying that tryp? its  becoming a stupid phrase you use to silence everything (that fails). it has no substance and it's starting to make you look more and more stubborn and unwilling to understand others.

Literally all I did is explain why I don't completely trust anyone on the forum, and my idea of trust. Sorry if I "derailed" by expressing my opinion.
