Someone down to earth level headed, emotionally stable, loyal and and who puts in some effort. 

Effort can be misunderstood as money, dressing up, getting schooled or flirting. It just means show a girl you value her in some way or any way. 

I mean honestly I'd just be happy if the man just sang to me under my window. I think that's even better than buying me a gift. 

Bottom line a girl just wants a glimpse into your mind to see how you view her in your own eyes. I know I do not speak for every girl because there are girls who want what you mentioned. I just know there is a lot of confusion between the genders. 

Edit: I know singing under the window might be misunderstood as charm. I can clear this up if you try to argue that. I would be happy just to have a man who spends time with me and enjoys it. It's pretty darn simple the effort just needs to be visible.

Correction- bitches want you for the looks, money and charm.
