I think arguing is what makes you happy. So just admit it already, and stop framing your arguments as if somebody else ought to stop doing this or that.
She said money isn't the answer to happiness but admits she doesn't quite know the answer herself and then she stated that her definition of happiness might be different from yours. I don't really see this as being argumentative, she was expressing an idea or belief she has.
