Here are the real fucking problems tackled buddy, with the elite people who have a real say in the matters and real expertise in the matters. This is NOT a campaign, this is talk after Brexit, about the situation and what is to be done. This is the high level deal. Not the media, not mouthpiece politicians, not fucking grampa Pat the youtuber.

You missed the part where democratic values need to be compromised since massive changes to legal system would bypass the parliament.

..lol...what a riot. Well, if you are a dyed in the wool member of the EU cult, that spiel would be a delight. However if not, there is serious reason for massive concern.

Eddie, I am going to toss this to you...based on what you offered up as your argument and the answer to the question is within the first 5 minutes.

#1. What is the the precise problem from the perspective of a non EU country or even an EU member state that may or may not become non compliant for whatever reasons?

#2. The separation agreement and legalese. It's is being touted as the 10 commandments...lol...this is a joke.

The mechanics of leaving the EU – explaining Article 50

And notice, that parliament wants more power with regards to referendum outcomes.

I have more points, but ...some other time..lol

Free movement

3.Challenges

While the Schengen area is widely regarded as one of the primary achievements of the European Union, it has recently been placed under considerable strain by the unprecedented influx of refugees and migrants into the EU. From September 2015, the sheer number of new arrivals prompted several Member States to temporarily reintroduce checks at the internal Schengen borders. In May 2016, this went further when the Council — acting on a Commission proposal — recommended that five countries reintroduce temporary border controls for up to six months owing to ‘persistent serious deficiencies’ in external border management identified in Greece. While all the temporary border checks have been in line with the rules in the Schengen Borders Code[3], this marks the first time in the history of Schengen that temporary border checks have been instituted on such a scale. A further challenge to the passport-free Schengen area comes in the form of a heightened terrorist threat, with the Paris and Brussels attacks highlighting the ease with which suspected and even indicted terrorists entered and travelled through the Schengen area. The ongoing challenges have served to underline the inextricable link between robust external border management and free movement inside those external borders and persuaded the Commission to come forward with proposals both to enhance security checks on persons entering the Schengen area and to improve external border management (5.12.4 and 5.12.7)

Dancing sideways on the crux of the matter while wringing their hands with regards to Trade agreements and legal 'vacuums' which don't in reality exist.

If anything, there is such a mass of over regulation, it's almost amazing anything gets done..lol..

EU Army on way? EU cannot rely on NATO and needs new defence policy says Brussels chief

THE European Union cannot rely on NATO to protect its member states from external threats and must develop a policy of collective defence that allows it to "act autonomously if and when necessary".

Oh my...say it isn't so...lol...

I don't understand your first question.

About the army stuff: Any military agreement would require every government in the EU agree to it, via popular referendums in many cases. The EU is not united at all. All these fears of a superstate at this stage are misplaced. It makes more sense the opposite, to want to leave the EU for the reason that every state is pulling into a different direction and a lot of work is slowed down or doesn't get done.

#1. Listen carefully to the experts. It is very clear. The rest of the discussion dances all around it.

#2.The EEA and EJC are are the judiciary bodies which are the long and short arms of the EU with different powers; relates to #1 and should make it easier to visualize. I am not going to explain it to you. Listen and pay attention.

#3. The point re: EU army first it was denial left ,right and center, and now, the EU army is an idea up for discussion. More or less an overnight phenomenon.

#4. Free movement; that is open, and not a big deal, and they have made it a huge deal. EU if it is as 'friendly' as it claims, can easily grandfather citizens in the current system and discontinue for future. To not do so, is a strong arm tactic. And this is the same for both sides of the equation. Mountains out of mole hills.

How are the Economic Area (a geographic region) and a Journalism Center JUDICIARY BODIES? I am sorry Primal but I don't understand what you mean, or what conclusion you want me to take from that scheme. If you wiggle gif sexy butts at me and want me to dance, you'll have to be more specific. Otherwise I'm not touching this.

#3. The point re: EU army first it was denial left ,right and center, and now, the EU army is an idea up for discussion. More or less an overnight phenomenon.

So what, ideas don't get discussed then get discussed. They are or are not agreed upon. The EU army is not smth we will see anytime soon, if ever, given the current state of affairs.

Why is military cooperation scary anyway? The USA have their army. The countries in the NATO agreement also have a military agreement. TBH, without strong military alliances, many european countries are kinda vulnerable/fucked in case of a war.

Free movement of labor is a big useful thing. There is a lot of human potential in some countries (eastern europe for example) that gets wasted because not enough jobs and opportunities. Other countries can offer those peeps jobs, make them grow and make them useful, and in turn develop, make more money and create more jobs etc. Those opposing EU immigration are wrong and uninformed. In many ways it is shittier for the country of origin if a lot of able bodied workforce and trained brains leave the country.

Also there is a real issue with aging of the population. Maybe a lot of us can;t feel it yet, but in time, young people wherever the hell they come from, will be very precious.
