humans evolved from a more primitive form.

i think believing in evolution is the first step to stopping racism. if you believe in evolution then we all came from africa and were black. all peoples relatives were black

Believe is smthg you do when you're not sure.

I'm certain. I don't have to believe.

I see evidence of our (homo sapiens sapiens') adaptations and the adaptations of as many other creatures as I care to look at all around me every day.

I'm kind of mixed on it and that's why I'm agnostic, how and why would all these complex components of life would come together and keep propagating or multiplying? I can't prove it didn't happen either so I don't choose either side

i dont need to believe in facts.

This is where I'm supposed to discuss how "facts" are really beliefs themselves, typically represented in a collective form, from how we cannot really prove anything beyond subjectivity. 

"One person's fact is another person's fiction" and all that. 

You can believe against a fact, but the fact wont change.

This is why a fact and a believe are different.

The way you believe in a belief changes the belief itself.
But a fact, dun care about your beliefs. It remains the same regardless if you believe differently.

This thread reminds me of a girl from my 11th grade economics class. When the teacher brought up evolution, she started protesting that Satan put dinosaur fossils into the ground with a false carbon-dating signature to fool humans.
