I never denied hooking up with Chitty. I haven't been in a serious relationship for well over a year, so I don't see what the problem with it is. Also, I don't know why you seem to care about my romantic and sex life so much. Aren't you the guy who claims to have fucked over 200 women? 

Ok fine... Three months is a long time for me to maintain an interest in any one person or thing. 

Edit: Three month marks are always significant to me, in that, if I can make it to that point I can usually stick to it in long term. 

I have only two modes - apathetic and intense. I also get bored easily. It's something I'm working on in therapy.

I love how this seems to keep coming up as a point of contention.

I really don't know. Maybe novelty effect? When something is new and interesting, I want to know all about it and experience all I can with it. After a month or so my interest begins to wane. I always move on before the three month mark, with the exception of a few, rare instances... Neuroscience, jiu jitsu, judo, a few people that I've kept in my life, and oddly this place are the exceptions. It's that three month point that tells me whether something will stay or not. If I'm still fascinated once that point hits, I know it's a lasting interest. That is why it's significant to me and why I made the thread for DNJack. 

I just asked 2 questions because it seemed to me you were backtracking. But alright, you forwardtracked again it seems.

I apologize if I wasn't expressing myself clearly. I was attempting to distinguish between the period where one is evaluating another for relationship potential and when one is actually in a relationship - talking and dating. Maybe just a language/dialect issue.

Do you think you can get all there is to something typically in less than three months?

Seems like the way to keep you hooked is a combo of depth and mystery. You need a reason to keep digging.

I can't tell whether they put each others hands over each others mouths or if crickets hand is really that manly.
