It doesn't matter what you feel in this case because with a confidence interval of 16.37 for the sociopaths and 13.99 for the control group (assuming there were no biases in either group) the study says nothing. 

Statistics is something you all should learn. 

Out of 68 sociopaths studied, p was concluded less than .01. That's close to perfect correlation. If we are not seeing something, I think you should explain it instead of being pretentious.

The disorders related to pulling out or eating hair can be pretty bad if left unchecked.

I used to eat my finger flesh on the sides of the nails when it was all munchable due to being softened by me being in a sauna, bath, etc., when I was little. Ten bites per hand to maintain proportion. I don't know how and when it started or why it stopped, but I can't remember doing in quite a while. Doubt I have been biting my nails, though. Well, only if the nail needed fixing and I had no instruments at hand.

Never have I ever bitten my nails.

I used to for a while as a kid, but forced myself out of it.
