Actually, you answered her question incorrectly by messing up on tenses, again. She asked of details in the past tense related to the running and homelessnes, while you instead chose to answer irrelevantly in the present tense. Source.

You then attempt to deflect attention off of it by attacking the accuser instead. This is more likely to be "has something to hide" behavior as opposed to pure scatterbrained mistaking on your part.

It's used outside of trials and legal matters. It's weird that you're retreating to this same flimsy excuse for the second time. It makes me wonder why, as there's likely an association that's responsible for it. Have court cases left some scars on you?

A lie by omission is simply: "Also known as a continuing misrepresentation, a lie by omission occurs when an important fact is left out in order to foster a misconception". It's not like she's citing past court cases or something, she's discussing a tactic.

What they did to you shows pretty strongly why you're so triggered by being called crazy in a somewhat pitiable way. Being seen as "crazy" in your case robbed you of a good life from the looks of it, and all that you have left is the situation you can use to justify it and your own defiance to call it wrong. The "Child Support" loss over it also shows why you threw sexism at me in Gypsy's topic.

Also, looking through a few older posts, "I was joking" seems to be more of a common retreat on your part than I thought.

An actual case of lying by ommission would be an extremely hypothetical scenario where I said and did all this stuff to get you to purchase a product, or to employ me, or maybe show up at my house with gifts and have sex or w/e. That is misrepresentation.

This forum's topics tangent onto new subjects naturally, and there's nothing wrong with that. From my understanding, this topic itself is more about how "WTF" you are than Tryp enjoying alcohol from time to time. Your "joke" in said case is more of a catalyst for exploring deeper issues you have. It's nice to now know how you were so triggered by Dynastia randomly throwing that brand of accusation out there, for instance.
