What she quoted actually says more about how bored sugar is than anything she's trying to 'prove' about my mental state.
I logged in last night and found out you had been accusing me of things. When this is brought up...you give a paraphrased version of a piece of a month's old conversation with no context, out of the blue, and worded without any reference to the past—making it seem like I had just recently been holding information over people, while simultaneously and deliberately not clarifying yourself. When I denied I had done what you framed the situation as, you called me a "druggie," and now a liar.

It could be seen as "an offense". It also applies to it's synonyms (blame for, lay/pin blame on for, hold responsible for, inculpate for, hold accountable for).
