tl;dr
Advertisements will never go on SC, were talking about the forum software as a whole in this topic
I encourage use of adblock actually, people who use adblock dont click on advertisements anyway. It's the old people who don't even realize its an ad who do so.
It's true that we could focus on fixing up SC2..... I just thought that would be a small part of the over all plan. Fixing sc2 is the first priortiy in this plan, and soon i will release the "current problems plagueing sc2" list, so you guys can add to it
Topic creators moderating their own threads..... I need to put a lot more thought into this, and I'm certainly open to suggestions, but for now it's just what it sounds like.
We will not allow puppets to abuse our voting system, we will ahve to find a way to ensure that doesnt happen, and I'm open for suggestions.
This proposal isnt like last time because this time someone might actually invest...
Yeah, i have still been intending to set up that blue name feature, wilful def deserves a blue name for his donations, I think whoami may have donated too

Ah, okay good.

I think the ad being loaded at all is payment from some sources from the idea that it's simply been seen. Adblock stops it even before it hits that point.

We have a glitches topic already that you ought to check.

It definitely shouldn't be post deletion. It ought to be hiding at most in a way where you can un-hide it with ease. Maybe even a clickable for unhiding all posts within topics so that people can continue to see the place unaltered, sort of like how the blacklist system works.
A report button might be nice, especially if it can be set up to sort out those who abuse it instead of a long, potentially spammable queue.

I can't think of a way that won't let them be able to abuse it in some way.

You made over $200 last time. Where'd that money go?
