You should say "to express themselves in an anonymous, or open manner". Anonymity is the users responsibility.
Best not to mention fear of judgement or whatever, because everyone who invests in this will want moderation on their forum, and you never know, some of them might want to make a forum like this one.
Also, just a suggestion. But you should use a more generic name for this business instead. You'll reach more clients if your brand sounds more like a software company and not a B class movie or comic book character like the Moon Ninja.
Big businesses tend to do the generic thing with their names and keeping their logo's simple for that very reason.
Hi everyone,
I am currently working on a proposal for SC3. This proposal will be showed to potential investors in an attempt to gain enough funding to pay for the newly planned features, and hire a full time developer from India or Africa to work under my brother's watch to bring this to life.
This is only a portion of the introduction to the plan, the rest of which is still needing to be written.
The purpose of Moon NinjaTo develop a modern, open-source, privacy oriented real-time web forum software Moon Ninja is intended to offer community organizers, owners, and administrators the ability to setup their very own web-forum with the simple click of a button by navigating to Moon-Ninja.com, and setting up an account. Hosting for the forums is free for life, funded by user donations, and advertisements. Users will be able to opt out of advertisements, and receive special perks in exchange for their donation. 90% of donations will go to the forum creators, and 10% will go to Moon Ninja to cover hosting fees and other costs. The option to host Moon-Ninja software independently is also available as Moon-Ninja will be open source, and completely free. Community owners who host themselves will receive 100% of their donations. The primary aim of this software is to facilitate online communities and open, unbiased, discussions by making it easy for community organizers to set up their own forum based website, and even easier for forum posters to express themselves anonymously, thereby removing inhibition caused by fear of judgment, and allowing for a true open and honest discussion between users. In addition to an emphasis on privacy, Moon Ninja intends to offer it's users a new form of forum regulation to keep out spammers, and those who break the rules. Topic creators will have the responsibility of moderating their own threads, and a democratic voting system will allow reputable users to flag and remove undesirable content.* It is acknowledged that having a democratic voting system is a challenge due to the possibility of multi-troll accounts which can manipulate voting systems. In addition to vote manipulation, without the ability to differentiate IP's, it is impossible to ban rule breakers. For this reason Moon Ninja will make use of non-permanent encrypted IP address data which will expire after 30 minutes automatically.

"hire a full time developer from India or Africa to work under my brother's watch to bring this to life."
So in other words it won't really be your code anymore? What would s/he even be doing for "Full Time"?
Also, hah, Indian/African. How cheap are you expecting this worker to cost, and what sort of quality are you expecting to follow?
"Users will be able to opt out of advertisements, and receive special perks in exchange for their donation."
...what is this insanity? Are you threatening us to donate by saying you'll throw ads at us if we don't? Two things wrong with that:
A) We'll use Adblock and programs like it.
B) It'll make your website look uglier.
Personally, I think you ought to perfect what you already have before you start throwing new ideas at the place. There's more than enough glitches and problems here that still need to be addressed.
"Topic creators will have the responsibility of moderating their own threads"
What will this entail? I know we've discussed ideas related to this in the past, but it never hit a point of yes vs no.
"a democratic voting system will allow reputable users to flag and remove undesirable content."
And thusly, the use of puppets will grow into fully functional empires.

You mean like last time..?
That guide wasn't exactly stuck to, and a lot of those proposed features are still missing. Wilful never even got a blue username.
