I need sunshine in the winter. The cold makes me all fat and sluggish.
I think I have a touch of SAD, actually.
What's worse this year is that my sluggishness kicked in a few weeks late bc we just got our cold snap after a long mild spell.
I hope the SAD ends at my usual time (late April) and not later this year.
We don't really have much of health care here TYVM. And what we have is deadly. So would not miss it. At all.
