"Those qualities are favored in the business world"

You've taken Wall Street a little literally. Tough, sort of depends, but uncompromising and intimidating? You've got to kiss a lot of arse before you're given license to excercise your inner Gordon Gecko.

More practical qualities? Charm, a reasonable degree of cleverness, and enough self-confidence to embrace opportunity.

The qualities you describe are cartoonish and a liability.

"So, what 'warzone' would you be referring to exactly?"

You sound increasingly like you live in a world where you've designated everyone to be either predator or prey. You're suspicious, and you most highly value qualities designed to aide in hostility; toughness, inscrutability, visciousness etcetera.

I have met people like you, and they were often veterans with PTSD. Big on weapons, small on vulnerablity.

that's funny cos she was diagnosed with depression and PTSD which is why she is subsidized by the government for her disability. she claims to have 'faked' it though lol

That is not true. I was never diagnosed with either of those at all and have never claimed to be.

Maybe that's the result of PTSD combined with just being a bit thick.

"I do have some weaknesses though."
Any that aren't apathy or murderous ideation based?

What line of work were you in before the disability pension? Much of a career person?

Tough, uncompromising and intimidating are desired traits when you're dealing with ruthless people, especially when the business is illegal.

"The qualities you describe are cartoonish and a liability."

No, they are not. They are required in some areas of business.

I don't have PTSD. I do have some weaknesses though. Everybody has some, even psychopaths.

While I do have a predator or prey outlook, that's only because I experience homicidal urges. Everyone is potential prey to me.

My aggression most often stems from the frustration of boredom, because there are very few things in life that stimulate and excite me.

I'm hostile because people here have shown hostility towards me. I'm also hostile towards anyone who thinks they can control me (the police, society). I feel like I should be able to do what i damn well want.

"Doesn't surprise me at all."

I don't show any symptons of PTSD and yet you're not surprised by sugar's lies?

It's a good thing you claimed to be a medical doctor and not a shrink...

"PTSD is an awful condition, has a nasty way of convincing people all sorts of things.

I once met a young man who walked around with a diving knife strapped to his leg at all times. He had a notebook of "contingency plans" as well, for all sorts of scenarios like home invasion (with seperate plans depending on number of assailants and weapon types), terrorist threat, so on and so forth."

I can't relate to that. People with PTSD are hypervigilant. That's almost the opposite of me, considering I can be reckless and careless at times giving little thought to potential consequences.

I had a lot of different jobs. I couldn't keep most of them because I was irresponsible.

Sometimes I would get drunk and high the night before and turn up late or not turn up at all, or I would purposefully slack off because I didn't like the work. I've also gone to work while still drunk and high.

One job I lost because I went to the liquor store and bought alcohol, leaving the store unattended. There was only one checkout and when I got back there were customers lined up waiting to be served. There were none in there when I'd left and I wasn't gone that long. So, I figured I'd get back before any came in. Wasn't to be...
