There's a part of me that wishes I was with the dark side. My little jedi character's possession of a delta 7 firmly attaches him to the era in which the vast majority of jedi were gunned down by clone troopers in a gloriously anticlimactic montage that lasted like 30 seconds. Granted there were a few exceptions, but only the jedi whose plot armor was thick enough to deflect bullets when the light saber gave out.

That's why later stories went for more perspectives. The wiki shows tons of them.

Even the Gray Jedi split into multiple disciplines, and Bioware insults the duality constantly.

Dark side sounds like a perpetual Rage and Light side sounds like perpetual Anhedonia. Neither sounds fun.
