Sometimes when I am trying to process too many things at once, I like to make stuff with CAD. I like to just let my ideas out to play, and even though it's all virtual, CAD is still a great medium because it has 3 dimensions. Putting my ideas elsewhere frees up space in my somewhat slow brain, allowing for new notions to come to light.
